Monument to the War of 1812
2009 ⋅ 4 minutes ⋅ MiniDVA short doc about artist and writer Douglas Coupland’s War of 1812-inspired sculpture “Two Soldiers”. The film will chronicle the journey of the 16 ft. tall artwork of depicting a British and an American soldier, from its fabrication in Calgary to its installation on a busy street corner in Toronto. Commissioned by Malibu Investments Inc.
